Requirements and scope
We discuss your business, customers and needs. We also review what you already have: a logo, text, photos or an existing website.
Review the design
You see a proposal for the layout and look. We agree what goes on the site and what we will build.
Review and publication
We check the agreed pages, mobile layout and contact options. Once you approve, we publish the website.
After the build too
Hosting, maintenance and backups.
Want someone to handle the upkeep? We can agree on hosting, changes, updates and keeping website versions.
We set out what we manage, how often we back up and what recovery costs in a separate proposal. You know what is included.
Frequently asked questions
Can I keep my domain name?
Often, yes. We first review how your current website and email are set up, so we can agree on a suitable move or connection.
Do I need to provide text and photos?
We discuss what you already have and what is still needed. Help with copy, photography or other visuals is included in the proposal if required.
Can I expand later?
Yes. We can discuss extra service pages, projects or other features later. Additions are agreed separately.
Do I also need to buy the CRM?
No. Website design is a separate service. If you also want a CRM, we discuss that separately. A website-to-CRM integration is not included as standard.
